FPS Halved since 9/11

My FPS has been halved or worse at sometimes since that latest update. I was playing at 60 FPS+ on ultra 2 days ago now i get 15-30. I’ve updated my drivers and still nothing other games run fine.

I’m having the same issue, trying to get everyone together in one spot to discuss -

Fps problem lower settings/resolution same fps

i need some help with overwatch the fps is lower than it should be after the game has been running for a little while and resolution or option lowering does NOT AT ALL change fps also its not overheating cpu/gpu the temp stays the same and is only 5C higher than when idle so what do i do to fix it
