Repaired game. Did the game reset as well. Updated my AMD software.
I was low on Disk space so I deleted some stuff and it helped for about 20 minutes.
I play on all Low settings with Capped FPS at 240. I get about 90ish frames now before it drops to 60.
Before this update I had no FPS problems and now I’m experiencing fps drops in QP, Comp, and the event as well.
