I think your fps drops are happening because your GPU keeps timing out (several errors of the same type).

I recommend removing all drivers with Display driver uninstaller, and then installing the latest driver for the card.

I also noticed you have some older Windows files (did you upgrade from 8.1?) that are reporting errors. I recommend closing background apps to address that.
