Hi. I know, i got very low PC. But it was totally enough to get stable 60fps. Untill now. Few days ago was everything fine, now? Everytime I got drops to 30-40 fps during bigger battles. Is not playable… Does blizzard made some changes to OW? Some bigger requirements? Updated my graphic drivers, restarted game settings. Still the same. Can u tell me, does last update broke something in the game ?

Decode Power Usage: 0In this case, let’s start with a clean driver install by using the third party driver remover DDU. You can find a guide on using this program here. After this, pick up the latest driver from here.
Then make sure Windows is set to High Performance and reset the game settings. Let us know if there’s any improvement!

Unfortunatelly, is even worse than before. Now i got like 40-50fps. I did what u asked, uninstalled old drivers with DDU, installed latest drivers, checked windows performance and restarted game settings. I was playing 2 years in OW at this low pc and there was no problems 
EDIT: Finally, its working 
I just tried old version of my drivers but 1st i had to remove all trashes from previous drivers. Thank u support! U did great!
