I would be fine with 90% anti-heal to be perfectly honest. They need to add more variations of counterplay to healing. The inherent issue is that Ana has a monopoly on it.
Reddit is a hivemind, dissenting opinions get downvoted. Every nerf, Reddit claims Ana is dead. And here we are, with her still a must-pick everywhere.

Im not debating if ana needs changes or not, Im just saying there are tons of tools we have to deal with anti. Some are hard counters like clenses, and others are soft counters.

Shields are not a reliable counter
They donât have to be. The gameplay around shields enables Anaâs teammates to defeat shields and expose the antid enemy, or not and permit the enemy to escape the negative effects of anti.
Imperfect solutions are sometimes the best ones from a gameplay perspective.
Stuff like suzu shuts anti down cold and permits no counterplay by Ana or her team. You either bait it out or just wait for another anti nade.

Suzu shutting anti down is just as bad as anti shutting tanks down. A single character canât be the solution.

I think it should either be 50% or be a set amount of healing absorbed to terminate the effect before the timer naturally ends.
So like⌠4 second effect, absorbs⌠idk, 175 healing on dps/supprts but 250 on tanks. After that healing is done, the effect is cleansed automatically.
Basically this is gonna come down to waiting until Ana is op based on win rate. And then sheâll take a nerf. Maybe.
People on the forum usually think they can keep the game Hostage with whatever stupid take they come up with, for something they canât overcome, and not a single point in favor of their argument.
And when next patch doesnât come with 20% buff on skill, they all reunite in the forums, once again, asking why their stupid take wasnât heard and properly addressed

iâve had a few posts asking why dps donât bait abilities anymore, and the consensus was that we are still baiting abilities but dying is necessary to do that.
no trying to ego duel the op supports is not baiting abilities, just harass them from a distance and donât commit
Sigmaâs shield can be projected in response to anti, and of course he can eat projectiles in response to a fierce followup from non-beam heroes. So he and Rein have solutions. Brig can also hunker down for a bit if she gets antid, though she canât cover others with it unless she pops her ult (and her ult is actually pretty good as a response to anti).
Now add in all the other ways to effectively stall until anti runs out, e.g. immortality field, temp hp, Lifeweaver pull, and there are some ways to address it that are decidedly imperfect.
How well anti performs depends on how exposed the victim is at the time they receive the debuff and how well your team is poised to capitalize on anti.
The current duration of anti makes it possible for a semi-organized team to pull together and burn through a shield or wipe out immortality field and still have a chance at killing the victim. Reduce the duration of anti by even a little bit, and it opens up more opportunities for victims to escape.
