People in ranked don’t know how to play with a main tank that isn’t rectangle man, anything that doesn’t fit into that meta is bad according to them.

Yes, which is what I said. There are a handful of situations where Brigitte is a good choice, but they are few and far between.
Again, that’s not what people were saying a week ago the narrative changed as soon as sigmas perception changed, he didn’t get changed

People don’t listen to actually good points and they just say but she dies too quickly against coordinated teams but apparently contenders aren’t coordinated

The fact the lowest-skill, more poorly designed support gets to be played at all at this level, the forums should be happy.
i wouldent say lowest skill i never see good brigs anymore

The low skill support only sees viability at the tier two scene, over gold or plat.

She’s not low skill anymore, you have to have good positioning, shield management, cooldown management, pack management and keeping your inspire up. You’re not pew pewing people’s heads but she is a skillful hero now similar to Lucio and mercy
I don’t think she’s a throw pick, but I very much despise her new play style
I just stopped playing Brig. I went back to Lúcio but at least he’s very enjoyable and not super restrictive

That is true, I just think the forums are hurt that the character isn’t as independent as she used to be, you still need to play as a team, and ask for resources. I don’t know if this is the direction they want brig to go tho, as she was made for lower tier players to hard counter divers, now she isn’t strong enough to win the 1v1 every time without team support

I think that’s more the issue, brig isn’t bad she just feels boring to play even when she’s decent you have the urge to run in and bash their zen
honestly the only buff i want as a brig main is 50 health

Thats not how this works. This is about the core design of her abilities, not her power level. Brigitte’s kit has basically no mechanics whatsoever to it, she is easier to handle than every other support. Lucio requires 10x more skill in his kit and Mercy’s movement is far more intricate than anything Brig has to do.
Every character has to take positionins ,game sense, blabla into consideration. That has nothing to do with her kit having next to 0 skill expression.
or even to add mor skill her inspire l can overheal her by 50 to get the 250 health
I think brig isn’t unplayable by any means, she just not optimal, but I do like how she isn’t the end all be all answer to dive characters. Before, if you picked her in a comp, that comp was just unaffected by dive, now , if you want to counter a dive comp, you can pick her, and a team to support her and play around her to counter dive. Its healthy but it isn’t optimal for ladder play, I don’t know what to do though because she changes a ton even after small number tweaks
