There are tons of unofficial art ones, (most notably the Blackwatch Moira eating Popcorn), but the only official spray that illustrates this is D.Va Eating Popcorn which is from the D.Va Nano Cola Challenge.

How did you get it back? I was silenced for a day months ago and i haven’t got it back still.

It takes about 100 days of good behaviour to get it back after being suspended. Though you also need to meet all the necessary criteria you did the first time in those 100 days. (read x amount of posts, like x amount do posts, receive likes, not been flagged etc)

To add to what Trilly already said, I only lost mine from being inactive for a week or two, then has taken like a month or two to get it back so yeah might take awhile for you
