I filled out a ticket using the Technical Help 
option. I basically filled it out but the message was of me requesting the refund. Aaaand
I got the refund today! They only took a day to refund. Pretty cool. I really wanted that Echo skin.
I hope the next OWL season they fix the tokens for watching because I actually watch. But when they moved to youtube I stopped getting tokens despite linking.

Yeah I tried on the site and on youtube. They had a promotion for free 100 tokens when linking OWL to my account. I received that 100. But never for actually watching.
Props for that real fast refund though.
