You’re crazy if you think that. His problem doesn’t revolve around other tanks being “too good”; it revolves around the fact that he can’t do anything anymore. He can’t one-shot a tire with firestrike or combo with Bap ult anymore. His pin cannot kill Mei/Reaper anymore when they are out of position, so both of those characters get out for free.

None of those are problems, at all.
