there are two sides of it. one of them is buffing the weaker tanks orissa, d.va or winston
the other was nerfing the over-tuned ones … sigma and ball. reinhardt isnt over-tuned but now hes close behind these two … gets enabled by zarya
roadhog and zarya can be considered balanced. zarya tho is an enabler which can be a problem sometimes
they went with giving a good nerf to sigma and a slap on the wrist to ball. buffed reinhardt which made no sense… so i dont know what they are gonna do now
