No confirmations yet! But I posted some time back on how I feel that mohawk guy is connected to Talon. (Back when I had Level 3) - At first I thought it could be Baptiste but they surprised me haha.
I hope this has been a character in the pipeline for a while and that they are just waiting for the right time in the story to reveal them.
