Ok I actually have an idea, if the devs want to keep solo res and valk as an ult why not…

1. Valkyrie: duration cut to 12 seconds primary heal beam does like 100 hps maybe chains do 20-30 and damage beams stay the same (I actually think the damage beams are very useful)

2. One charge of resurrect ONLY in her ult

3. Back to 60 hps base kit

4. Give her that pacify ability it sounds lit

Not really? they have been pretty mundane criticisms here.

perhaps instead they actually have a point in their critics especially with the amount of feedback they are clearly not receiving.

I hope Mercy players will get their time to have a decent discussion again, but that most likely won’t happen due to all the angry forum posters who’d rather complain about the dev’s then discuss the actual issues.

how are we gonna discuss issues is the devs aren’t actually listening? you can look at their accounts and see they aren’t actively looking through megathreads.

they need to be more communicative and actually take part in the discussions on their own forums sometimes.

Im not sure the people who actively play mercy want valk to stay though.

I said it before, it could be balanced if they reduced the ability’s power, not it’s usability.

• Ress could be on a meter gained by healing, so she doesn’t start a match with it ready.
• Make it instant.
• The Meter could cap at 200HP, so the ressed ally would always be back with that amount(reducing the effectiveness on Tanks)
• And she should be able to use it after charging at least 50, that way she can bring someone back after a pick OR charge it up so she can ress someone in a healthy state in the middle of a fight.

as much as I wouldn’t mind that, the reason they disconnected rez from getting buffed in valk was because they didn’t like that people were only using valkyrie for resurrect.

Is this the first time ever you read this megathread? Have you read the past few other megathreads scrapped in the past months as if they didn’t ever existed?

The so called actual issues have been discussed to the bone by people like Titanium and other fellow posters in this thread so don’t give me this bs we didn’t try to talk about the actual issues.

I think something needed to be done with her, but I don’t think a nerf was it.

She already lacked a mid-fight presence and lost her end-fight presence with the rework.

In all honesty she needs a rework since they nearly took everything out of her rework and just sorta left a not fully empty shell.

I find Valk to be as much (or in some cases) more reactionary than Mass Rez and I never even played Mercy with Rez.

I just used Valk to heal up after a fight and sometimes I didn’t even need it then.

I use Valk to fly from spawn…
I use Valk to heal like a pawn…
I use Valk to BATTLE BATTLE BATTLE…
I use Valk to see the dawn…
I use Valk to be sent back to spawn…

AKA the heck with this design, thank you and I appreicate all your feedback on this post and I will assure that I will read feedback daily with my auto-scroll on
