Engaging and fun are subjective. I find Solider 76 and Mcree incredibly boring, but you don’t see me making forum threads asking for them to be reworked. I despise playing main tank, but I don’t whine for their kits to be changed to fit my personal needs. If you don’t find Mercy fun, don’t play her. The people who enjoy her will play her. That’s how the game works.
