1. Biotic Stream

• Duration: 3 seconds
• Cooldown: 12 seconds
• Healing beam rate raised by 25 hp/s (50 hp/s -> 75 hp/s)
• Damage boosting beam rate increased from 30% to 45%

2. Angelic Powers

• Ultimate charge required: 2100 (Equivalent to 1680 hp healed )
• Cast time: 1 second
• Duration: 7 seconds
• Line of sight required.
• Mercy unleashes a fortify-like buff upon her allies.
• Allies affected by Angelic powers ignore all stuns or knockback and recieve 100 hp worth of burst healing. If Mercy’s teammates are already affected by a stun, casting Angelic Powers will remove its effects. (Also affects ultimates such as Earthshatter, Graviton surge etc…)
• Can be countered by Ana’s biotic grenade.

Resurrect needs to be removed, it can’t be balanced.
