Out of the 6 times I’ve taken notes of it, the average lock time is 11 minutes 40 seconds (though it can vary quite a bit). So… Yeah?

Mercy has become a meme for a year now. More testing on the PTR before deploying a rework would be welcome, specially for a small company.
