Do you want Earnable Rez with the increased cast time? That seems overkill to me, as the change is aimed at reducing the frequency of rez while the second is aimed at making it more punishing by increasing the amount of time Mercy is engaged in rezzing someone. Particularly when you justify increasing the rez cast time by stating Mercy gets rez to often and easily, while making it less frequent and harder to get by making it earnable.
Honestly… I think before you continue, the best course of action is to identify the issue with Mercy you are trying to address. Otherwise, you get these sorts of silly suggestions where you’re overdoing a proposed nerf.
This is silly justification. If you’re going after a Mercy coming in to rez, but aren’t keeping track of your ammo such that you need to reload instead of clutching the kill, that’s on your poor play, not Mercy’s kit.
