[Falla] Overwatch lag

Since the most recent Geforce driver update I’ve been having the same issue as the videos above show. I don’t use razer products so I’m unable to turn off razer synapse. I have also tried scan and repair, reinstalling Overwatch, and reinstalling the most recent Geforce drivers but I’m still having the same issue.

I have also attempted making my own thread but when I try to upload my dxdiag it says “the submission requires 2 diagnostic files.” sorry I don’t know what this means.

Howdy Falla,

Please provide a DxDiag in a forum post so we can take a closer look:

  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
  5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformated text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
It should look like this.

If you have issues pasting here, please use Pastebin and post the link (ex: Pastebin (dot) com/123456).

Most of the DxDiag is missing. Please use Pastebin as suggested above to provide the whole report.

Have you tried just rolling back the drivers? If they are the source of the issue, this seems like the logical step for resolving it.

The only things in your report are some AppHang (memory/stopped responding) for GTA5, and the LGhub crashing. If you’re using any LG peripherals, you may want to reinstall, and if not, remove it altogether.

Problem signature:
P1: lghub_agent.exe

ok I’ll look into what I can do about the drivers. thanks for your help!
