I have had this problem on and off where I somehow fail to connect to server. I am in que to game and que pops like normal but keep loading and then in few minutes I get a ban. It is really frustrating for sure and it happened in the past for me and also to a friend of mine. There has never been any similar issues with any other games that are online so I doubt that it is actually any problem with my connection to internet. Any solutions? I tried to repair my ow2 client but that did not work.
