I qued up for a competitive match, it said “found game”, then just stayed at the main menu, the “play” option turned into “rejoin game” and all it would say is failed to connect to server in the bottom left corner, it would not let me join game and I received a ban and a - 50 to my support sr
Would be great if we could have some type of ticket system for getting Sr returned, for when this issue comes up I’ve probably lost 200 Sr for this reason over the past couple months
