"Failed to connect to Server" Caused Unfair Disconnect and SR loss (PS4)

I launched the game just fine- no error code to tell me it couldn’t connect to server. I had no lag in the training room. But as I went into a competitive match, it said “Failed to connect to server” in the bottom left. I relaunched the game because it wouldn’t let me click Rejoin Match.

I had a 10 minute ban, and lost 50 SR for my support role. Literally none of that was my fault. My game didn’t even go back to the launch screen. I was in the Hero Gallery when it happened putting on some Halloween stuff to prepare for the update while I waited. This is completely unfair and out of my hands, as I had no prior warning that ANYTHING was wrong. No lag while I warmed up in the training room (maintained a solid 50 latency like I normally do), no disconnect from the game to the launch screen. Nothing. Is there anyway I can get my SR back?
