Leavers suck, but if you never leave a match then you know that there are 6 potential leavers on the other team, and only 5 on yours. Good odds in the long run.
Nothing about Torb is weak. He’s used all the way up to GM and is one of the most-played heroes in the OWL. He’s a strong and versatile hero. He has his turret (which is aimbot) and can definitely help you in lower brackets, where aim is often a problem. Learn to play Torb.
Just keep playing. Watch players better than you. Watch some vod reviews of the heroes you like to play-- especially vods that are near your rank or maybe one elo higher.
