I presume it’s a bug? Me and my friends completed storm rising - legendary with 0 incapacitations. None of us needed reviving, we never got downed. And yet, none of us received the Eye of the Hurricane achievement.
We did get pinned down by the assassin however, but never reduced to 0 health by one. Is this a bug or does getting pinned count as an incapacitation?
Anyone else have this issue?
