I like that idea but I don’t thinks it’s good enough by itself to take up a long residence in the expiremental card. Maybe an arcade gamemode?

OG brig did more dps than dps with a 150hp one shot combo
had a 700hp shield (more than current orisa)
a hard CC on a 4 second cooldown
a movement CC on a 4 second cooldown
she could go toe to toe with reinhardt
no character was able to go toe to toe with her on launch, thats why she got so many nerfs in a row
(not even hanzo post rework could kill her in a 1v1)

Experiment card should be for possible future changes and not used for a “blast from the past” card.
You could sorta do what you want in the workshop anyways.
