That doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s not going live.
“Future update” could be an update to the live game. Also, SOME parts of it might to live too.
The wording is fairly ambiguous imho.

I think next ExC will have a completely different tone and the previous seems unlikely to be reiterated upon.

I thought people didn’t like the Moira changes
It was literally just a bunch of barely thought-out random changes then once the community soundly rejected them they could go “hey we listen!”.
Most people were pretty indifferent to the Moira/Torb changes.
I remember a lot of moira mains complaining about it being a nerf, even the T500 moira main said it was bad for her
a lot of people did including me because it actually helps her severely.

I heard it hurt her more than helped her
in some situations sure but it actually helped her. maybe increase it though from 15% to 17-18%
Ah ok, I just remember some T500 moira mains complaining that the slowness made the orbs easier to avoid and nerfed orb bouncing. Could have been both nerf and buff
