I mean, if they already picked their hero, I don’t really see the need to “consider potential comps” in the first place. If you want to change something down the line, just outright ask if they could swap.
You don’t need to see someone’s hours to just make a suggestion. If they don’t feel comfortable swapping to what you say, they can say so themselves.
