Hello, it’s me, a DPS main that’s reporting from a rank where people are hyper focusing on Moira’s aim.
In today’s report I have to tell you, TORB TURRET ISN’T ENOUGH.
We need a character that IS a Torb turret.

Moira doesnt have auto lock, she has an extended hitbox on the target. It kinda makes it feel like a cone of fire, a bit like a shotgun. Reaper has fade AND a teleport too.
Moira is the support anti-flanker. Reaper is the DPS anti-tank.
Tanks dont have their easymode DPS counter, unfortunately, which means its super frustrating when DPS decides to counter you, as they usually do.
My brain is a little fried at the moment and I don’t think I read your original post correctly. Sorry. Yeah, I guess at the very bottom of the barrel, Torb’s turret sits there and wipes out whole teams, the same way Moira can single-handedly eradicate any bronze age civilizations she comes across.

I’d be interested to see a DPS that can’t crit…
why should we have a DPS with autolock and 4 second TTK?
I much rather play against moira than most of the cancerous usual picks before this season. I don’t even want to kill her so the player doesn’t switch, I just chase her away from my supports and don’t pursue, thus, leaving a utility gap the entire game. Sometimes I get jumped by a Moira and killed while I’m panicking to 1v1 her with 60hp but then … I think getting ganked in that scenario is quite fair.
I’m gonna start playing some support moira to see what all the crying is about.

Except Moira doesn’t auto lock?
She just has a big cone with a thin visual for graphical clarity
I mean if they showed the actual visuals of it you’d complain you can’t see what you’re attacking

just for the sake of it, i ask all to describe a dps and a tank hero with the same skill as moira.
no reload, no shooting if i can’t Atleast hit some special props on the map or a enemy.
(yes you can disable headshots)
needs good range, swap heal for dmg on dps and for sustain on tank.
keep or replace selfheal for tank/dps and describe me the hero.
lets see if the forums can come up with hero Designs that would fulfill that request.
soldier won’t work because you can miss your entire mag and miss helix resulting in 0 dmg.
I am actually curious if anyone can describe such a hero.

Lol shows I don’t play dps XD. But really? Pharah and Junkrat can’t crit. the others make sense, but them?
Anyway, the point I was attempting to make was: Moira has a high ttk (compared to dps) and no crit, I don’t feel her mechanics would work on a dps character (or a tank).
I understand OP’s frustration though, we all have characters we hate playing into.
To be fair they all also do way more damage than 65dps baseline (Well Sym’s level 1 beam is still 60dps lolol)

thats the reason they have no hs multiplier.
