This is the second time that happens to me. I get the message that the game has been found but I am not inside it. I get an “error connecting to server” message and get the penalty. The other day it happened to me and I received a 15 minute penalty, today I have a 1 hour penalty and I did not get to enter the game. ? Can you give me a solution?
It was the first game I looked for in the afternoon, so no other text is seen.
Could you at least remove the penalty? It makes no sense to penalize me when I cannot enter the game!
