Error - "Failed load vivoxsdk.dll" after today hotfix update

just put a thread up about this, no clue what to do , reinstalled, unistalled and reset my computer, idk what is going on

I have the same error here. It appeared after the last update, but the vivoxsdk.dll was actually not touched in that update. Validating the game content or deleting an re-downloading the file also did not help. So it must be some dependency or the part of Overwatch using the dll looking at the wrong place or making a wrong function call.

I was also crashing out on steam, no error message or anything - just straight closes when trying to open the game. Verifying through steam initially found no issues, however MANUALLY DELETING all the .dll files + the .exe in my overwatch folder as well as deleting the entire cache folder and THEN verifying fixed the issue - I’m now able to play fine again.

It did another update. Now my battle.net crashes. This is getting ridiculous.

Most recent update from about 2 minutes ago didn’t fix the issue… It doesn’t crash my Battle.net.exe program but it still gives me the “Failed to load: vivoxsdk.dll” error.

In the patch that they put a few minutes ago it was solved, I no longer get the error and I was able to log in. Thanks
