Any update on this, Blizzard? Ping won’t go below 180 since a few days ago* and despite my efforts, it’s truly unplayable. 
Can’t believe I couldn’t even take advantage of the double exp weekend thanks to this.

Hey folks,
Thanks for your patience on all this so far. Drakuloth here. We’ve got our network engineers investigating the problem, and would appreciate it if you all could give us a hand with a bit more information. We need some looking glass tests from anybody in the carribean region who’s still having this problem. If you can shoot those our way, it may help with the investigation.

Wow. Was just going to post here but yes, it looks like at least for Puerto Rico users our ping is returning to normal.

Have you had a match in the past 5 minutes or so? From what we’re seeing on our end it appears to be recovering for most players. Try another match for me real quick. If you still have problems, let me know what your ping is. You may be having another issue by coincidence or we may not have it all just yet.

I just got out of a game maybe 10 minutes ago on brazil servers with a 170 ping. but i can try again.
Came to mention that I’m back to my normal ping on PS4!

Sure, I can give the info I have on it.
Some routing to the servers was modified, and some of the internet peers related to that were improperly advertised. Because of this your connections were going across the wrong peers and in some cases getting shot overseas/taking an inefficient route. It can take a bit for absolutely all the ISPs to update to the new peer lists, but once that’s done I suspect most if not all of these problems should be fixed.
At this point we’re seeing good recovery across the board. If you are still having problems after about noon on June 10th 2018, submit your own thread with a WinMTR test. We’ll use that to look into your individual issue.
