I was queued for competitive with a friend (both on PS5) and we got into a match. I loaded in, but she was stuck on the “Entering Game” screen for so long that she was booted from the match and penalized as though she had left. This was about 20 minutes ago. We’re bummed she lost rank and we couldn’t requeue because of the suspension.

Same happened for me two times. Does someone know fix for this? This is kinda annoying, first got 15min penalty, then 1 hour penalty. I’m scared to continue playing if it happens more. What next? One week penalty? Permanent ban? Can someone help, please.
