If you think this mode is small, you haven’t been paying attention. This isn’t a new mode like clash. It’s a complete restructuring of the game and how it plays. It’s closer to an actual sequel than the 5v5 and broken PVE promises we got for the current game.
17 characters, smaller maps with recycled assets, pvp, talents from pve they wasted years doing, thats it? they need two years to do this? what changes from junkestein lab that was ready months ago? glorified arcade mode. why this took 6 years to be made, a new “engine”? it plays the same, same game with some modifiers ow1 already have
ENABLE CROSSPLAY IN STADIUM
This game mode is a failure if we can’t play it with friends. Either enable crossplay in the competitive version or give us an unranked version we can crossplay in. It’s beyond stupid having a new mode come out, being excited to play it together, and then being slapped in the face with no crossplay unable to queue nonsense. Ruined any anticipation and excitement we had for the update. Back to Marvel Rivals I guess, Blizzard’s chance to redeem themselves was squandered by the idiotic decision to make the shiny new thing competitive only.
make it crossplay im not finna que into that alone
I took a long hiatus from OW2. Came back just in time to experience Stadium. The amount of variety introduced in this game mode is wild. So many variations you cant get bored… off topic: wish they could select your controls options for specific heroes you chose.
Everytime I load into a game i have to go into options and choose my specific hero control inputs.
If I’m playing a sniper I won’t want the same control sensitivities and what not for a character I play as a tank.
if i pick a hero, load my control scheme with. it…
Thank you!!!
Nothing wrong with having different sense on different roles (for different ranges)
I did this too, but a while ago. Just go into practice range, and do it from there. It will take up a little time, but after that you’re good to go form then on.
Pretty much all my DPS in stadium are playing in first person, is a more recent change I’ve made.
I say take advantage of character specific tweaking. It’s very cozy when it’s all done.
