I am not going to lie, I already have two Genji builds theory crafted out. I have never been more excited for Overwatch Dos. I hope that the variable playstyles are fun enough to keep switching it up game after game and that you can really adapt as the rounds progress… But I am also a bit worried I will find my favorite build and just spam it. Either way, this mode has true potential.
This blog mostly just talks about the basic mechanics of the shop and bounty system. Nothing new, really.

I was doing some soul searching and I realized I do not have the mental for Doomfist. Some clown was like, “go Zarya.” And I was like, “no u.” And then they claimed I instalocked tank, which I did. But I thought the Zarya was supposed to be for me to begin with because our other tanks was Rammatra and at the second round, the guy waited to see if anyone would tank, but they did not. So he cried when I said “you could have” after he said, “why is no one going Zarya.” I said, “fine, go Zar” and swapped to Genji. And then they did. And then we did well one fight (because I killed three) and still lost because they stopped to type, “see?” It was against a Zarya, Mei, Moira, by the way, so, like, I couldn’t do it again because I messed up my blade, as I always do.
It made me realize that it is not worth this effort. I get annoyed too easily. I wanted to Rocket Punch this loser (in-game, totally). But no! I was already worried about hero bans targeting Doomfist anyways. Beyond that, I was wrong about being able to climb back once I went tank, I started playing Doomfist and the loss streak continues. It made me realize that I just suck and what’s the best hero for the worst Overwatch players to have ever existed? The Young Mastah Genjutsu.
If third person works, I should be able to finally use dragon blade and you have to admit that :

Then you should go and forget it
So, yeah, that’s my super villain origin story and fall from grace. Oh, and I am playing Assassin’s Creed Shadows right now which really makes a ninja kick it like Shinobi.

It isn’t even out yet and I’m still annoyed there’s no third person toggle bind. PLEASE BLIZ, LET US TOGGLE VIEW… We can already swap shoulders, let us swap viewport on the fly I’m begging y’all.

Now we’re getting OW2 for real! That’s a whole new game altogether at this point and that’s good!
The perk system is nice but i feel stadium will bring way more depth in gameplay and make games way more interesting! Really excited to see more in action! And the soldier build really shows us that character could play a whole different way from its intended gameplay from OW1 which is completely insane to me, good job!

No they are trying to recoup the work time they spent creating this stuff for pve and now trying to repurpose it into a new game mode… with about 10 characters.
They don’t have that? That seems like an oversight, heck I would maybe even bind that to M4 on my mouse. They should definitely put it in.

It’s really confusing to me they they didn’t include it. They talked about potentially adding it, but it is not in stadium currently. You have to open the menu each time you want to swap between 1st and 3rd person.
I’d love to have it bound to a mouse button so I can land precise shots and swap to 3rd for situation awareness without interrupting my gameplay to sift thru menus… it feels like a no brainer.

They expect us to like this, but how will we play on servers that are constantly disconnecting?
Devs, look in the bug and tech forums (for once). Don’t add new when the old doesn’t work either.

stop forcing stadium blizzard, you will fail to update the mode and people will get bored eventually, like you failed to update pve and hero mastery
where? one small mode with only 17 characters is worth a sequel?
where is the pve story mode with progression? what ow2 have ow1 couldnt?
