And if every game is roulette for you, then it’s also roulette for the enemy. Unless you’re saying that you’re the unluckiest person in the world and somehow immune to the law of large numbers?
You don’t need a real team comp to win in gold, lol. And you definitely don’t need voice chat. Hell, you don’t really even need teamwork.
