Either the game is broken or my pc is broken

I just got an Evga GeForce RTX 2070 super. I downloaded the drivers and updated everything. I overclocked the card using Evga’s precision x1 software. All of my settings are as low as they can be. I can break over 130 fps. My average FPS is 85. I have an i7-8700k with 16gb of RAM and 750W of power. my 1660 was also getting the same amount of fps so im not sure if it is the game or my rig. other games reach 200+ FPS with little to no issue.

Please try reverting the overclock settings for your graphics card (even if they are done using the provided software for the graphic card or motherboard). See if doing so stops any crashes with Overwatch and we will have a better idea of the issue.

Hi thank you for responding!

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of my drivers as well as resetting in-game settings. none of that helped.

Can you work through some of the steps in my Maximize Performance Guide? Specifically, the steps that control your graphic card settings in the NVidia control panel.
