No… she’s the main culprit and the core of it.
Speed ring from Juno is what’s really causing this but once again we have a nerf Dva crusade.
Said it before but don’t be disappointed when the only thing they do to her is a slight damage nerf

Dva doesn’t suddenly become unplayed or garbage if juno isn’t played…
Dva herself is unpunishable.
Beams. Cc. Melee. Literally anything that goes through dm.
Not hard. There’s this funny button in spawn (H) if you press it you can counter her

About what I expected from a dva player. Not understanding the game and thinking that a hero as broken as her can just be swept under the rug by clicking H in spawn.
Also continuing to ignore the fact that again… I cannot physically force my teammates to swap.

When counterswaps on Dva are so prevalent that I’m told by people here and in game to swap off Dva then I’ll gladly say the same for the obvious ways to counter her.
The only reason I’m able to get away this season with not seeing Zarya absolutely everywhere is the hive mind believes Dva is so hard meta that you have people who have very little time played on her playing her thinking it’s the best option. If they went Zarya at all I’m having a far harder time.
I guess that it’s best to maintain this air of Dva op for that alone. Makes games easier on me.

Your anecdotal games are not proof that people swap to counter constantly.
But this isn’t disproving anything. You only prove the idea of dva being overpowered when the only solution your unpunishable, unkillable character is to go to spawn and click H because otherwise you cannot physically contest her.
Again, that is moronic. There is no punishing a hero who can eat anything you do for 3 seconds, and then even after THAT you have to get through 375 armor and the 350 hp and then on top of THAT you need to get through those 2 things in 3.5 seconds before she can just fly out and live regardless, and then on top of THAT finally kill her baby form which by the time you even demech her for the first time she probably already has ult and can just remech instantly.
All while she can straight up kill a squishy faster than a doom can…
The only physical way is to play heroes that can get past one out of 3 moronic things about her. That is POOR DESIGN. That is POOR BALANCING. Hell you stated CC as a counter. CC isn’t even a counter because I can stun a dva out of defense matrix all I want, it doesn’t matter when it’s a resource meter and she’ll have it back near instantly. You aren’t getting through her mammoth health bar in the 1 second it take to get DM back.
Lets see how good you do counterswap, I’ve argued with a lot of people about how OP dva is to and trust me when I say these people are PREMIUM delusional I’m talking all access back stage passes delusional.
Hell overbuff shows you how dominate she is but I don’t want to get into arguments over the validation of overbuff, even tho this wouldn’t even fall into one of those don’t trust overbufd cases cause the data is just that insane.
