Combined together she’s actually a little weak now believe it or not. It was a massive hit to her. People who say it won’t matter are really underestimating how big these changes are.
And armor
People who don’t play her don’t get to experience first hand how much faster you blow up compared to before but instead see numbers changes and make assumptions based on that alone.
You won’t be seeing Dva meta anymore that’s for sure

Hmm I thought so too but that armor change and speed boost stealth bug fix seems kind of impactful so far
I still think headshot reduction is busted but whatever. She’s still a good pick but I feel Junker Queen or Ram are rising up the hierarchy now. Queen has been secretly busted ever since they nerfed dps passive and buffed her self healing but she still feels way healthier than most of the tanks

If any tank needed headshot reduction it was always dva, hers is the most notable crit box with no movement bobbing and available in most angles
The whole reason why they ever even added it was due to them changing armor away from the flat reduction. Adding it then making specific damage types worse against armor was a double nerf to that kind of damage. Combined it feels way too much while also giving heroes like hog and Zarya headshot reduction they never really needed although hog mains might argue otherwise.
Expected 40% armor max and headshot reduction down to 20% but we got neither
Dva’s dps on Winston with full headshots was brought to nearly his exact dps. Such a massive swing in the matchup compared to the patch before that I can only think they themselves weren’t thinking too hard about what it would do matchup to matchup
