Defense matrix will change to 3 sec with 5 sec cooldown in OW2, but as the pro replay show us, the buff is still not enough.
Since I am not pro, I cannot tell you anything about D.Va change (As some of those pro say that D.Va is fine). But in the pro replay, we can see that they still didn’t fix CC issue and sniper one shot issue.
The condition of D. Va now is fine, as an off tank she can break shield and eat enemy ultimate. Don’t use her to block damage then you will find that she is fine.
The issue with “Fine” doesn’t mean it’s good.
I’m hoping we get to see ALL the tank balance changes soon.
Nah she’s the best off tank rn. Bad players trying to face tank zarya and getting beamed deserve to die. If you know how to play her, she’s the most busted hero in the whole game.

Maybe just fix DM wonkyness and we are golden, she is in a good spot right now, and as much as i would love to buff dva i know they would sledgenerfhammer her again
I’ve been maining and playing Dva for literally years (started in season 5). Dva is, and has been, the best hero in the game for YEARS. And when she wasn’t the best, she was still easily in top 5. Dva is fine right now, and in a really good place.

You’re not allowed to even state the literal objective fact that D.Va nerfs exist now, you think they’re gonna let her get buffed? 
Anyone notice that she eats Hog hook with DM if you throw it directly from the front at her? I thought I was just bad but it has happened so often with the hook going dead center of her mech and it doesn’t connect if she DMs.

Not all tanks are bad right now, especially not dva.
She got buffed like quite recently…also I find her now stronger than before…
I agree, they need to rework her DM so it eats and deletes any dashing enemy who goes into it’s range.
Also make her remech cause a huge crater that stuns all enemies on the map for 3 seconds.

The only buff she needs is faster DM deployment so that we stop having that idiotic experience of raising it in time, hearing “i think you’re clock’s off” to signify that you did in fact raise it in time, and yet still having dead teammates because a message thread with content creators decided years ago that DM needed to be nerfed to deploy slower than shields.
