Can we talk about this??? how this game is turned for dps being just marker debuffers to the team fight?
hitscan high firerate can apply DPS passive to whole team in matter of seconds
or just headshot kill you
meanwhile projectile heroes do not benifit same from this changes.
you or have high dmg per bullet like Junk or Pharah, or have oneshot combo like Jurnk or Echo
or just do nothing
what does this passive do for HANZO? FOR MEI? FOR GENJI? absoulutly nothing
its already hard to hit people with all these speedboots added to the game
( the one thing players didnāt realize in 8 years and tried to outheal damage with lucio instead of moving them faster mitigating damage with misses LOL)
can we at least talk about tracer doing 0.0001 dmg to armor from double falloff dmg and still applying the passive??

Apparently it is EXTREMELY difficult. I have definitely been noticing that in my games too. DPS players are lowkey struggling even after they buffed the projectiles into mangosā¦
Now THATāS the kind of DPS player I want on my team.
with ana healing nade and suzu its just becoming rope pulling here and there, till somebody has ult that matters

Why would you even care about a debuff that is already power creep washed away. Every single support basically got a buff to their baseline healing. On top of the already bonkers sustain in the game it wa meant to counter and now everyone has higher hp as wellš like you can not even make this up, the poor decision making is so hilarious. Nerf healing indirectly across the board then buff healing across the board.

have also TWO SECONDS Only delay for heal proc???

Fair enough, since I do think the passive is a dumb way to avoid nerfing specific supportsā healing. If the goal was to generate less outrage over healing getting nerfed, I donāt think it even really succeeded in that, really.

Another forum user went through the effort of actually tracking Reaperās stats and he had a 4.5% pick rate in top500. For reference, Tracer had 21% pick rate. Reaper was 5th or 6th on that list.
Not that any of that matters, pick rates/win rates are useless without additional data.
Overbuff is only āuselessā because it proves you wrong. Itās been fixed for months. I canāt imagine crying about a hero that isnāt even bad. Must be tiring being so miserable all the time
You are. You actively avoid any wiki stats and treat win rates/pick rates (on an unreliable website) as gospel.
Through inconsistent win rates/pick rates among characters through official released pick rates/win rates released by Blizzard itself. Among other things like other forum users tracking those things in-game.
