DPS is back in the pro scene!

Jeff was talking about a mode with 4-1-1, not a comp

I did read it. I commented on it. But that was about an enforced 4-1-1 mode. He said it directly. The OP is talking about a switch to 4-1-1 to counter GOATs. And so, your remarks have nothing to do with the topic.

It was a bamboozle. It worked because they rushed the point; after the shock factor was gone, they had to swap back.

Nobody thought that… Its the majority is GOATS and boring.

yet in the next round they rolled both points on the same comp

No, they forced Philadelphia to abandon GOATs in round two when they used it again there and in round three.

Well, in my experiences the Pro-meta turns into “if you don’t play the meta then we’ll report you for throwing” in regular gameplay before long…

Well, we just watched the Pro-meta in action, and that wasn’t the case.

I’m surprised we didn’t see the ‘King of DPS’ OP EZMode ninja.

Surely these pro players know how powerful he is and would be exploiting that everytime they run DPS heroes, he is by far the best one after all according to the forums.

I mean it was there since last november.

Philly tried to swap to him on defense in round two and he was eaten alive by Hammond and Tracer.

What wasn’t the case? That you’ll get reported for throwing if you don’t play 4-1-1 to counter GOATS in regular play in the near future.

you dont even know that.

I know it did but did you see DPS after that? they will play here and there but goats isn’t easy to break.

It wasn’t the case that anyone would have gotten reported, since the team deliberately coordinated as such.

So, 4-1-1 is probably something you’re going to start seeing a lot of starting tomorrow.

He was talking about a forced comp, not a comp that could switch to something else on the fly.

And when one person does not switch to enable the 4-1-1 play, what happens then?

DPS was always in the pro scene, World Cup had very little GOATS

they are gonna use everything because of their hate for dps, even if it means taking things out of context

You negotiate. Come on, man. Enough with this non-argument.
