DPS in 2-2-2 are way out of their league

While playing 2-2-2, every time I get put as tank or support, I am always placed with DPS players who are not able to deal damage, where the tanks or support are always having to do the damage while also tanking and supporting.

If every time you play Tank/Support you get bad DPS, how come the enemy team gets good ones?

Or maybe, just maybe, not the DPS is the issue?
