Jeff very pointedly said that they were testing some internal changes to rocket punch and that there might be something coming to the PTR. No guarantees yet.

orisa is jeff least fav tank to play, they are working on 6 heroes atm… i didnt hear anything else.

More like, people who have played him realize he is easily countered, and get frustrated when actual one-tricks refuse to swap to counter him.

Not really. I mean I main Tracer and Zarya and Doomfist isn’t really a problem for either, even with his recent buffs.
But if I mained Zen, Ana, or other less mobile/tanky heroes, I can see how I would stand no chance against one of his fast combos where he comes out of nowhere and you’re dead in seconds.
