Make him DPS again. Like why he is a tank. We don’t have stun so he gonna be alright as DPS character. Make that rocket fist do not 1shot

They aren’t going to do it, they had the opportunity to take away his one shot like every doom player was suggesting for years. They don’t want anyone other then tanks to have CC.
(well except for ana of course because god forbid if they changed anything about her, she’s like god’s gift or something)
The issue is less about him being a tank, and more about them completely doing a 180 from what he was and essentially a big F U to all doom players. He went from someone who could do damage and didn’t need to rely on his team, and was fluid.
To someone with no single target dmg potential at all, having to rely on his team completely to follow up with his slow mechanic slams, and less fluid because powerblock slows him to a crawl, setting him up to just be stunned.
I just don’t get why with doom the excuse of “oh he’s a tank he shouldn’t be doing” dmg all of a sudden comes out the mouth of people but when you bring up zarya, roadhog, sigma, orisa, hell even REIN, all of a sudden it’s “Well tanks need dmg to defend themselves and to pose a threat”. Like apparently doom is the only tank not allowed to do dmg LMFAO.

Ball is more mobile and higher burst. His CC is also more potent.

I think that is the point actually.
Even on ladder Doom got worse the higher up you go. He had (well has) the opposite problem of Sombra.
Winston doesnt have high damage. Dva and Hammond needs good tracking do deal good damage.
Also their sizes are all bigger than Doom still, right?
yeah and doom needs really good projectile aim but doesn’t do the good damage part.

doom is as bad as dps, doom tank can play the game, let’s complain because it doesn’t have death buttons anymore.

He won’t, Blizzard and Goodman have already acknowledge in their reasoning of changing him to tank that he was too problematic as a DPS in terms of balancing and tuning. Simply put, they don’t know how to make him work properly as a DPS so they make the only logical solution and change him to tank.
He was alright. Wtf are you talking about. The most balanced character why? The only character which requires reall skill. I do know any hero with so many mechanics. Now we have block. About pro players. They gonna stick to it sure because those people make money the will say whatever while they paid ez. I will just play ow1 with old Doomy idc. Ow2 is trash
