Despite Mercy and Baptiste being available, ppl have been locking a lot of Lucio/Brig and Lucio/Zen on Day 1. Also it’s been hilarious see bad Baptiste players that have no clue how their abilities work. My favorite is the bad Mercy players that have no clue how positioning works and just get dinked on over and over again. Like, it’s painstaking obvious who are the one tricks whose hero has just been banned. All of this of course is exacerbated by the fact that everyone’s favorite shield tank Reinhardt is also out of the pool.
Maybe next time don’t ban two supports. Still, I’m having so much fun watching people learn new characters and new comps.
