How much time would it take for matchmaking if they just made Tank two bad matchmakers?

I was annoyed with the retcon at first, retcons are always jarring imo. But that troll name change is goated and should remain.

Devs are not competent enough to fix the game, and they are being rewarded for doing the bare minimum.
