no it doesnt, saying she has a bad winrate and ignoring pickrate is pretty much lying.
actually it does.
when something is picked way more then other heroes it means either other heroes cant compete due to different circumstances, or the hero is too strong bcz different circumstances.
saying winrate blabla is a lie.
