People always seem to ignore the fact that Echo has to farm the ult of the hero she copies
That leaves a lot more room to counter her, specially since she has to be aggressive to get it
Unlike all other ults who are used instantly
So making her worry about dying on top of it, would make the ult really underwhelming, considering its quite easy to counter since she is a literal copy of a hero, she doesnt have more speed, or dmg or HP, only different is Ult charge
my proposed change as a bronze tank player is simple her E does a lot of damage yes. but maybe with a few seconds more on the cd it is fine. the ult changes i feel would be good are she instantly gets of the person she copies ult with a reduced recharge rate than what she has (like maybe enough to get it one more time with correct play) and if she dies she is dead or atleast at half hp something that isn’t a cleanse. her primary and alt fires are fine tho imo. its hard to hit all her stickeys to one burst without her E it kinda sucks anyways. and her Primary fire only shreds if u hit heads wich is rewarding good play.
So play Rein or Sig and laugh at the echo player when they try to sticky your barrier.

No. She’s not OP by any stretch. Her damage is not as high as others and her escape is as good as anyone elses

You realize that in order for that to be possible, both him and his barrier would have to be low (beam only does massive damage sub 50% HP), and he would have to receiving no healing, right?
I say this, assuming you mean the beam is what broke the barrier. But, even if it wasn’t, he would still have to be below 50% health for you to do that
Last i checked, they were quite slow. Slower than any other projectile i can think of
I think when she ults her actual health will be hurt aswell. For example if her clone dies she is left with 50% hp from when she activated it and if the clone is at 50% hp she is left at 75% hp from when she started and so on
The only nerf she needs is her ulty - something. The other time I couldnt decide if i wanted to laugh or cry. The enemy echo ulty our Genji and used 1 dash through 2 targets and then we had to deal with 1 dragonblade from Echo-Genji and 1 Dragonblade from their Original Genji AT THE SAME TIME… such power from only 1 Dash…
Stickybombs move at 50m/s. That’s faster than Pharahs rockets (both normal and during Rocket Barrage), double the speed of Symmetra’s projectiles and 10m/s faster than D.Va’s Micro Missiles (probably the most ‘similar’ ability in the game).
There are other examples too, but stickybombs are not slow lol.
They most certainly are not faster than Pharah’s rockets. I main Pharah and would know. They may be comparable but sticky bombs are easier to dodge over Pharah’s rockets

Also i find that most of the statistical information on that website is missing or outdated. That might be Pharah’s old rocket speed
Echo is more oppressive to tanks than pre-nerfed mei and reaper, and is able to do so from a safe distance with massive mobility. That is even before taking into account her ult full heals her – TWICE, and lets you rein ult – TWICE.
If you do not think that is overpowered, you are being disingenuous.
Not OP. She is barely oppressive. Her ranged damage capability is pitiful. Her ult is not that good in practice. You will NEVER pull off a multi ult in a match of good players. NEVER

OWL and how many times did it happen since Echo’s introduction? Probably that ONE time. Heck you hardly ever get her copied ult once let alone multiple times so stop
