Does he take headshot damage while blocking?
I think he does. I’ve seen him Power Block and I can still sometimes headshot him on Lucio, Bap, or Kiriko.
I think it also charges his punch, though. Like, a lot.

Yes. You’re supposed to look down while blocking to empower punch faster
