Yup, they just need to get the rapid balance patch system back online. Which will happen on December 6th.

Since October 4th, they’ve done a grand total of 1 balance change to 1 hero, and it was minor.
After that’s up, they got months and months of downtime where they don’t have to be concerned about OWL meta for balance changes, since OWL is done as of today for like 5-6 months.
