Xbox player btw. Every mission in Archives I’ve played so far has kicked me out to the menu and then put me back in the match after maybe 10 seconds. Has happened in every mission every time I’ve played, and always happens at specific points in the mission. Storm Rising it happens right after we find the bomb truck, Retribution just before the art gallery after the heavy assault spawns, and Uprising it happens both when we reach the payload and just before the payload reaches the door. Every other mode is working fine.

I played these missions a lot on Xbox yesterday and no-one was kicked out.

Yes! I’ve been having the same issue on PC. Every 5 minutes or so it will kick me to the menu (right about the times you talk about) I will be on the menu for about 10-15 second and then put back into the game. Teammates say I just stand still and do nothing for those 10-15 seconds.

PC user here. Only been DCing off of the Archives missions. QP and Arcade work fine. Wonder whats going on?

Ps4 player btw. I’ve had this same issue since archives came out initially. I usually get kicked out 2-3 times a match. The thing is, when playing with friends they still see you you dont “disappear” your character still remains in tbe game standing still and that’s why i believe they haven’t fixed this, becausd technically you haven’t left the session. This same bug also happens in any PvE event and it is super annoying.
I’m having the exact same issue, but on PC. I did not realize it was at specific points until I read your post, but it seems my disconnects are also at the same locations.

Same here. I get kicked out up to 3 times and they all happen around the same time. Blizz CS said to check my router settings but i highly doubt it’s a problem on my end.

PC user, also getting the same treatment. I get about a quarter of the way through the archive mission, then disconnected and sit in the menus for about 10 to 20 then brought back into the game. So far only with mission archives and not any other game modes. I can confirm its not a router issue because my girlfriend plays on the same router without any issues at all

Same issue happening to me on xbox one. At the same locations. Its causing our team to lose. I am guessing there is no fix?

Same issue, And it’s not a latency or memory issue.
It seems to specifically be the Archive missions.

having same issue, with pc, noticed it happening when I was playing easy to get loot boxes and it’s persisted as I tried to get the more challenging modes to get the achievements. Litterally am now loosing the game for my team in the harder modes because I’m sitting like I’m afk as I am kicked to the main menu. I’ve tried to re-install both battle.net and overwatch and no change.
EDIT: Aparently the probem is being connected via ethernet into NETGEAR. I found one fix and one work around linked PVE DISCONNECT ISSUE SOLVED - If you have a Netgear R6220 router, read this

I also have this exact issue on PC! Getting disconnected three times per game and it’s never doing it with ANY other game mode. Love the skin and I really want it, but this is absolutely unplayable T_T
Haven’t won any of the challenges once because the team dies without me in the end (I often play healer).
