My internet rarely shuts down, and when it does, it takes a few minutes to start working again.
I got disconnected on my last game, as soon as it happened, I opened my browser and my internet was totally working like always. So I suspect it wasn’t a problem from my side. It sucks to get penalized for things like this. And worse then that, there was 9 seconds left for the game to end, I was gonna win, and it was my last placement match.
Packet loss is heavily noticeable in game, and much less when opening a website. I’d suggest trying the network troubleshooting steps, and if you’re still having issues, provide a WinMTR test result.
